To get a start on research for our upcoming project, we decided to start with creating our character. Oakley Wren is a country singer who grew up in Tennessee, she started writing music when her mother unfortunately passed away at the age of 10, she's loved music and writing ever since and hasn't gone back. We researched ways we could incorporate certain marketing and distribution techniques, but haven't confirmed which we are actually going to execute. Our music video is going to be storytelling to the song "Need You Now", and our story is about Oakley and her childhood best friend/lover who moves away and she is reminiscing on their memories and ends up deciding to call him.
Our plan is to create our schedule and assign roles first while filming some behind the scenes footage of this planning, and than we are going to start filming this weekend. We are incorporating a couple different sound techniques and I will be bringing in my professional camera to film. Then we will edit, put together our presentation by adding the voiceover and presentations, polish it, then submit it.
